The Compensation Advisory Organization of Michigan (CAOM) and the Michigan Workers’ Compensation Placement Facility (MWCPF) have eliminated their PO Box mailing address, effective Friday, November 9, 2018. With the forthcoming roll-out of an online assessment payment portal, there is no longer sufficient mail volume to justify maintaining a separate PO Box mailing address. Going forward, all mail should be addressed to the following business address:
