In accordance with Article VIII of the Bylaws of the Compensation Advisory Organization of Michigan (“CAOM”) and Article VI of the Plan of Operation of the Michigan Workers’ Compensation Placement Facility ("MWCPF" or “Facility”), a joint Annual Meeting of members is scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 19500 Victor Parkway, Suite 475, Livonia, MI 48152.

The CAOM Bylaws, Article VIII, subsection 8.4, requires the presence in person or by proxy of at least 51% of participating members in order to achieve a quorum necessary to conduct any meeting of its members.

The Facility Plan of Operation, Article VI, subsection 6.4, requires the presence in person or by proxy of participating members who wrote at least 51% of the assessable premiums written by all members during the preceding calendar year in order to achieve a quorum to conduct any meetings of its members.

Please see the drop down menu below to select your insurance group and execute a proxy for the  annual meeting no later than Friday, April 10, 2026. This proxy applies to the respective chairperson who will vote in your absence.
